It comes with a USB charging cable, but no power adapter (wall charger). Plug the cable into any standard 5V USB power source, such as a phone charger, power bank or computer USB port. The built-in 800 mAh battery means no cords while you use it.

Fit the head you want, switch it on and glide it slowly over the muscle with light pressure, about 30 to 60 seconds on each area. Avoid bones, joints and the front of the neck. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or are recovering from an injury, check with a health professional first.
